Staley Firecracker Road Run/Walk

Celebrate the 4th of July with this annual tradition! All ages are invited to compete in a 4-mile or 8-mile run, or start the holiday off with a 2-mile fun run/walk. The first 250 entrants receive a tee shirt. A minimum of three awards in each age division will be given to runners. Call 429-3472 to request a race entry form. 89th Central Illinois Junior Tennis Open

Illinois area tennis players between 8 and 18 years old can participate in the 88th Central Illinois Junior Tennis Open at the Fairview Park Tennis Complex. This USTA-sanctioned tournament now includes two levels of play to challenge both beginning and expert tennis players across Central Illinois. Participants are guaranteed at least 2 matches. MidState U10-U14 Boys & Girls 4 vs 4 Rec League Continues

Soccer players aged 9 - 14 interested in challeging their soccer skills can take part in the new 7-week summer league. The league will begin on June 13 and end on July 25.
