Play in the big leagues under the lights at Rotary Park! This free event gives kids aged 7 - 14 the opportunity to showcase their batting, pitching & base-running skills. Participants may have the chance to advance to the team championships at Busch Stadium during a Cardinals game. Soar to new heights as the Decatur Park District and the Decatur FBO host Fun Day at the Decatur Airport on Saturday, May 17! Enjoy the rare opportunity to tour the airport control tower and runways and visit various displays including a National Guard Black Hawk helicopter and the Park District’s state-of-the-art Striker emergency vehicle. Exhibits on hand from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. with tours from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. For more information call Peggy at 423-9903.

Experience the sights of Decatur from a bird's-eye view with the Experimental Aircraft Association's (EAA) Young Eagle Flights. Kids aged 8-17 can learn more about the joys of flying and enjoy a free flight around the city. Registration = 8:30 - 11:30 am. Spend your Sundays with us! Starting May 25, families can play 9 holes of golf with one cart after 2:30 p.m. for just $30 a foursome, $25 a threesome, or $20 a twosome.
