Summer Lunch Program: June 1 – July 31, 2026
2026 marks the 43rd year the Decatur Park District and Illinois State Board of Education have partnered to provide free meals at park and school locations across Decatur as part of the Summer Food Service Program. Teams of Yellow Hat Park Leaders will be in 9 neighborhood parks during the lunch hour each weekday playing fun games, and leading educational activities.
Meals are available free of charge Monday – Friday, June 1 – July 31 for children aged 18 and under. A listing of locations and times appear below.
