Improve your heart health and make new fitness friends with this 6-week, walking and hiking adventure! Weather permitting, we’ll explore the great outdoors and enjoy the fall foliage along some of the best trails within our park district. With planned body weight exercise stops, you’ll work all of your muscle groups, and never look at a park bench the same way again!
