Forever Fit
Our most popular class at the DISC! This is a low impact, packed with fun, 45-minute class that focuses on building strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, mobility, and most importantly- having FUN! Make some friends as we move, laugh, and sweat with an ever-changing variety of exercises.

Chair Yoga
This yoga practice, designed for those 50 and better, will move your body through seated and standing poses. Chair support is offered to increase flexibility, balance, and range of motion. Restorative breathing exercises and relation techniques are included to help relieve stress and improve mental clarity.

Health Screenings
Take advantage of free or low-cost monthly health screenings!

Fun Fridays
Have fun and keep your mind sharp with games and puzzles! Fun Fridays are the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month from 9 – 10
a.m., beginning October 11. Drop in!
