Midstate’s recreational soccer leagues are for players who prefer casual matches rather than those that are intensely competitive. Online registration is unavailable. To register you can print the roster form below and turn into the DISC with full payment ONLY. No partial payments will be accepted and the Midstate soccer staff will not be responsible for collecting fees on behalf of a coach or team manager. We also offer the option of JV or Varsity for HS Boys and Girls. Please note we will do our best to create upper and lower leagues based on registration.

Rosters, waivers, and entry fee must be submitted at time of registration. Registration forms will be online at teamsideline. A maximum of 4 teams per league will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. 4 teams will be necessary to form a league. Team representative must pay in full at registration (individuals cannot pay towards team fee separately)
